Baseball Sim Engine is Live
Baseball Sim Engine is officially live at baseballsimengine.com.
The last couple of days have mostly been about turning the simulation engine into a site that is actually useful to visit, browse, simulate with, and share.
Simulation
We’ve added:
- Daily MLB slate pages.
- Individual game simulation pages.
- Multi-game slate simulations.
- Dedicated simulation result pages.
Players and Data
We’ve also expanded the player side of the site:
- Player pages for thousands of MLB players.
- Career, current-season, and season-by-season statistics.
- Player ratings, biographical information, and current team information.
- Custom generated player images and rating badges.
Site and Publishing
A lot of work has also gone into making the site easier to use and maintain:
- Shareable social images for players, games, and daily slates.
- Improved lineup, bullpen, player-page, mobile, light-theme, and dark-theme presentation.
- Historical MLB games and seasons available to browse and simulate.
- Improved publishing and asset versioning so routine site changes don’t require rebuilding everything.
There is still plenty to clean up and build, but the important part is now in place: the simulator, historical data, player database, and public website are all working together.
Going forward, we’ll start posting short development summaries like this at the end of each day so it’s easier to follow what changed.
